This website (thefurli.com) is operated by Furli, a sole proprietorship based in Toronto, Canada (phone +1 437 870 8400, email support.furli@gmail.com). In these terms, "we", "us" and "our" mean Furli, and "you" means the customer.

2. Using our website

By visiting our website or placing an order, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully. You may not use our website for any unlawful purpose.

3. Products and prices

We do our best to show our products, colours and sizes accurately. Small differences in colour can occur because of screen settings. Prices are shown in euros (€). Any taxes we collect are shown at checkout before you pay. We may change prices at any time, but changes do not affect orders already confirmed.

4. Orders and contract

When you place an order, you make an offer to buy the products. The contract is formed when we send you the order confirmation email. We may refuse or cancel an order, for example if a product is unavailable or there is an obvious pricing error. If we cancel an order you have paid for, we refund you in full.

5. Payment

Payment is taken at checkout using the payment methods shown. Payments are processed securely by our payment providers.

6. Shipping

Delivery times and costs are explained on our Shipping page. Delivery times are estimates and may vary.

7. Returns and right of withdrawal

You can return products as explained in our Return and Refund Policy. If you are a consumer in the European Union, you have a legal 14-day right of withdrawal, as described in that policy.

8. Warranty and liability

You have all the legal guarantee rights that apply in your country. If a product is faulty or not as described, contact us and we will repair, replace or refund it according to the law. Always supervise your pet when using our products and stop using any product that becomes damaged. To the extent allowed by law, we are not liable for indirect losses. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

All content on this website, including text, images and the Furli name and logo, belongs to Furli or its licensors and may not be copied without permission.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada. If you are a consumer in the European Union, you also keep the protection of the mandatory consumer laws of the country where you live. If you have a complaint, please contact us first and we will do our best to solve it.
